Seven72 Studio (by Al-Mumineen, Mumbai) runs this website and the client portal. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- When you enquire (contact form, influencer request, WhatsApp, a call or a visit): your name, phone, email, business, city, what you're interested in, your budget if you share it, and your message.
- When you apply for a job: your profile (name, email, city, experience, skills, expected pay, links to your portfolio and resume) and your cover note.
- When you're a client or on our team: your login email, the chat messages and files shared in your brand's group, approvals, invoices, and, for team members, pay and leave records.
- When you visit: pages viewed and the site that sent you, counted without cookies using a short-lived anonymous code (we can't tell who you are from it). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also measures visits.
- Your country, for prices: we look up which country your IP address is in, only to show prices in your currency, and remember the country (not the address) in a small cookie for 30 days. Picking a currency yourself is remembered the same way.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, send you a quote, and follow up.
- To deliver the work you've hired us for, bill for it, and keep records the law requires (for example GST invoices).
- To consider your job application and stay in touch about it.
- To keep the site and portal secure and to understand which pages help people.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising to you on other sites.
Who helps us
- Supabase stores our database and sends our emails.
- Our web host runs the site.
- Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.
- WhatsApp, when you choose to message us there.
- The country lookup uses a list that stays on our server (nothing is sent anywhere): IP Geolocation by DB-IP, used under the CC BY 4.0 licence.
They only process data to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years after we last spoke, unless you become a client. Client and team records are kept for as long as you work with us and then as long as tax and employment law require. Job applications are kept for up to one year. Visit counts are kept as totals.
Your choices
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it (unless the law says we must keep it), and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@seven72.com and we'll reply within 30 days. You can also change your analytics cookie choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.
