These terms cover using this website and the Seven72 Studio client portal. The work we do for you is covered by the agreement or quote you accept with us, which wins if anything here disagrees with it.
Prices and quotes
Prices on this site are in Indian rupees and are a guide. Your price is the one in the quote or agreement you accept. GST is added where it applies, as shown on your invoice.
Your content
You keep the rights to the logos, photos, products and information you give us, and you confirm you're allowed to share them. You give us permission to use them to do the work you've asked for.
Our work
Once an invoice is paid, the final content we make for you is yours to use for your brand. Unless we agree otherwise, we may show it in our portfolio and on social media. Drafts and work that isn't paid for stay ours.
Using the portal
- Keep your login to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it.
- Don't upload anything unlawful, or try to access what isn't yours.
- We may suspend access that puts other clients, the team or the site at risk.
Our responsibility
We work carefully, but we can't promise particular results from social media, ads or marketplaces, which depend on platforms and customers outside our control. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us for that work in the three months before it.
The law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have jurisdiction.
